Unlike typical venture capital firms, we take a much more operationally strategic approach to investments and only look to work with companies where we feel that our ecosystem can help to create real shareholder value for the business. This means we are highly curated and we typically invest as a primary investor usually in equity but sometimes via debt structures.

Blossom Tree Ventures invests with its own capital. In addition we also have access to other investors, institutional funds and family offices. Blossom Tree Ventures is open to professional investors and self-certified high-net worth and sophisticated investors and we typically look to offer investments that offer tax benefits via SEIS or EIS. There are sometimes opportunities to invest in venture debt structures as well but these are less common.
