What we look for

We look to work with entrepreneurs who we can build a close relationship with.

We generally invest in a business at any stage of its life .

We’re sector agnostic but look to ensure there is a big market to penetrate and usually a technology angle in the business. That said, we also invest in products, FSMG and other non-technology sectors.

We are looking for investments where we can help create real value for shareholders through our experience and network. We are a hands-on investor and want to bring our whole team’s experience and skills to the table where needed.

Mature businesses that are looking to re-develop, scale-up or roll-out an existing model are of interest as we have extensive roll-out experience.

We will also consider very early businesses (sometimes just an idea) and we can work with the entrepreneur and leverage our Blossom Tree Portfolio Group to help develop and launch the business and take it through its funding and growth journey.
What we can offer

We invest as a primary investor, through our syndicated partnerships and via co-investments usually in equity but sometimes via debt structures. We are happy to follow where the investment case supports it.

We will help to support the business wherever it is needed with hands-on (or hands-off) help from our team.

We will typically appoint a board non-executive director or observer to attend and help with strategic decisions at board meetings.
